Florida humidity is hard on dog skin. Hot spots, yeast, allergies - we see it all. We use tear-free, vet-recommended shampoos, oatmeal conditioners for sensitive skin, and medicated options for dogs with chronic itch. If your dog has allergies or post-bath redness from a previous groomer, tell us - we'll match the products to their skin.
Breed-specific care, not a one-size cut.
We groom doodles, poodles, schnauzers, shih tzus, bichons, terriers, retrievers, huskies, German shepherds, frenchies, and the occasional very confused great dane. Every breed gets a coat-appropriate cut - proper de-shedding for double coats, hand-scissoring for the show breeds, and yes, a real teddy-bear face on your doodle if that's what you want.
Senior and anxious dogs welcome.
Honestly, this is most of who we serve. Our groomers are fear-free certified and we go at your dog's pace. If your senior can't stand for a full hour, we split it: bath today, haircut next visit. No extra charge. We'd rather take twice as long than rush a dog that's struggling.
Common questions
How long does a mobile dog grooming appointment take?+
Most full grooms take 60 to 90 minutes from when we park to when we hand your pup back. Doodles and heavy double-coats can run a bit longer. We don't double-book, so your dog has the groomer's full attention the entire time.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?+
Not always. Many of our regulars hand off the dog and head to work - we'll text when we're done and leave them inside (or with whoever's home). For first-time appointments we do prefer you're around just so we can talk through coat, sensitivities, and what you want.
What if my dog is matted?+
We won't pretend matting isn't there. If it's safe to brush out, we'll brush - but if it's pelted to the skin, the only humane option is to shave down and start fresh. We'll always tell you up front and get your okay. There's a small de-matting fee for heavy mats; we'll quote it before we start.
Do you give tips on at-home brushing?+
All day. After every groom we'll tell you exactly what to do between visits - the right brush for your dog's coat, how often, and where they tend to mat. The goal is for them to stay comfortable, not for you to need us every two weeks.
