How does mobile pet grooming work?+
We arrive in a self-contained grooming van with water, power, heat, and A/C — your pet gets the full salon experience without ever leaving your driveway. One pet at a time, no cages, no waiting room.
How much does a mobile groom cost in Tampa?+
Bath & tidy from $75. Full groom from $95. Luxury spa from $155. Cats from $115. We give you a flat price up front based on your pet's size, coat, and condition.
How long does an appointment take?+
60–90 minutes for most dogs. 30–60 minutes for cats. Doodles and heavy double-coats can run a little longer.
Do I need to be home?+
For first-time appointments, yes — so we can talk through your pet's coat and quirks. After that, many regulars hand off and head out; we text when we're done.
Do you groom anxious or senior pets?+
It's actually most of who we serve. Our groomers are fear-free certified. We split appointments for seniors when needed and never force a stressed pet to continue.
What if my pet is matted?+
We're honest about it. If it's safe to brush, we brush. If it's pelted to the skin, the kindest option is a careful shave-down. We always tell you up front and there's a small de-matting fee for heavy mats — quoted before we start.
What products do you use?+
Vet-recommended, tear-free shampoos. Oatmeal conditioners for sensitive skin. Medicated options for dogs with allergies or chronic itch. We tailor to your pet's skin.
Can I be in the van during the groom?+
We ask that you don't — pets behave very differently when they can see their humans, and it actually makes the groom more stressful. We send progress photos for first-timers.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay. We text an invoice when we're done — pay right from your phone.
Do you offer recurring appointments?+
Yes — most of our regulars are on a 4, 6, or 8-week schedule. We auto-book the next slot before we leave; you're free to reschedule any time.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations get a $35 fee since the slot is hard to fill. We're always reasonable about emergencies — just call us.
Do you serve outside Tampa?+
We cover Hillsborough and parts of Pasco — Tampa, South Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, Temple Terrace. Outside that, give us a call; we add new ZIPs monthly.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — fully licensed in Hillsborough County and insured for liability and care/custody/control. Happy to share documentation if you'd like to see it.
What if it's raining?+
We groom indoors — in our van. Rain doesn't affect us at all. Lightning is the only thing that ever delays us, and we'll always reach out to reschedule.
